UrbanRide XpressBooking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all transportation services provided by UrbanRide Xpress. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings must include accurate details, including:

  • Customer name

  • Pickup location

  • Destination

  • Pickup date and time

  • Contact number

A booking is considered confirmed only after UrbanRide Xpress acknowledges and accepts the request.

UrbanRide Xpress reserves the right to decline bookings depending on availability.

Payment Terms

Payment may be made through:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Approved digital payment methods

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed at the end of the trip or as arranged during booking.

For VIP or corporate bookings, advance payment may be required.

Cancellations

Customers must inform UrbanRide Xpress as early as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled.

UrbanRide Xpress reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in cases such as:

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • No-show bookings

  • Cancellations after driver dispatch

Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage

Passengers may be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.

Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply in cases of:

  • Excessive mess

  • Spills or stains

  • Intentional damage

Safety and Conduct

UrbanRide Xpress reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger:

  • Engages in illegal activity

  • Behaves in a threatening or unsafe manner

  • Endangers the driver or vehicle

Passenger safety and driver safety remain a priority.

Pricing and Charges

Service pricing may depend on:

  • Distance of travel

  • Pickup location and destination

  • Waiting time

  • Time of day

  • Special service requests

Final pricing may be confirmed at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time

  • Route changes requested by the passenger

  • Additional stops during the trip

Waiting Time

Drivers will wait a reasonable time at the pickup location.

If a passenger is delayed:

  • Additional waiting charges may apply

  • The driver may leave after extended waiting time

For airport pickups, UrbanRide Xpress may allow additional waiting time to accommodate reasonable flight delays.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Arrive at pickup locations on time

  • Treat drivers respectfully

  • Follow safety instructions during the journey

Passengers are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are taken upon leaving the vehicle.

Service Delays

UrbanRide Xpress strives to provide punctual service. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Circumstances beyond our control

UrbanRide Xpress shall not be held liable for delays caused by these external factors.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with UrbanRide Xpress, the customer agrees to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
