Can I book or pay for a tour today?
No. UrbanRide Xpress is in its pre-operational licensing phase. Tours, deposits, reservations and travel payments are not currently being accepted through this website.
What does the tour price include?
The amounts shown are indicative group-base planning estimates for up to two guests. Authorised road transport is proposed, subject to partner quotations. Entrance fees, meals, paid activities and other unconfirmed supplier charges are excluded from these estimates. Final tax-inclusive package prices and precise inclusions will be confirmed before sales begin.
Are prices per person or per group?
They are proposed starting amounts for the private group of up to two guests shown on each itinerary, not a rate per person. Larger groups may have a different cost once supplier and fleet options are confirmed.
Will UrbanRide Xpress operate its own cars and boats?
Vehicle, vessel and aviation divisions are future business plans. Individual services will only be provided if the relevant licences, permits, insurance and operational conditions are satisfied, or through appropriately authorised partners.
Can I send an enquiry on WhatsApp?
Yes. The enquiry form prepares a message for WhatsApp or email. You choose whether to send it from your own application. An expression of interest is not a reservation.
Can hotels and travel agents contact URX?
Yes. We welcome business-to-business introductions and letters of intent from appropriately licensed accommodation, transport, activities and marine partners in Mauritius.
Can I request a Rolls-Royce, BMW, Mercedes or Toyota RAV4?
Yes, as a non-binding vehicle preference only. URX has not confirmed ownership or access to the models named. A licensed supplier would need to verify the model, route, capacity and final all-inclusive fare.
Can I travel between hotels by boat?
Only if the route is safe, lawful and practical, both departure and arrival locations authorise use of landing points, and the appropriate licensed vessel and skipper are available. It cannot be assumed possible at every hotel.
Are private jets and helicopters available now?
No. The VVIP page is an invitation-enquiry concept only. No aircraft inventory, air charter contract or air operator approval is claimed by URX.
What do international EUR prices mean?
They are example land-only planning budget ranges, not bookable packages. They assume two adults sharing and exclude flights and other stated non-inclusions. Only supplier-confirmed final quotes can become selling prices.

Can I book flights, cruises, Rodrigues packages or overseas tours through URX now?
No. Those categories currently describe longer-term plans only. URX is not advertising availability, ticketing, confirmed itineraries or payment collection for them.
How do I compare the six Mauritius tours?
Use the destination and interest filters on the Mauritius Tour Collection page. Every tour also has a detailed concept page with route suggestions, a provisional private-party base price, and exclusions.
What happens when I make an enquiry?
