How the booking process works

Send: Provide your preferred date, party size and contact details.
Review: URX checks the required licences, permitted routes, capacity and supplier availability.
Quote: You receive an itemised price, inclusions, exclusions, currency and applicable cancellation conditions.
Confirm later: A reservation only exists after a separate written acceptance and lawful payment process, where applicable.
